Our 'Early Bird' roast is a no frills, straight up functional organic coffee from Honduras with flavor notes of Cocoa Powder, Hazelnut & Red Apple. It’s a Washed processed coffee with medium body & acidity - it’s easy on your tum tum.

Becca is giddy over this one! Our first-ever Anaerobic-processed coffee from Nicaragua is sure to get you going & hit the trails. After picked at the peak of ripeness, this coffee was depulped & washed then placed in steel drums with oxygen removed - this process produces a bright, clean cup full of fresh tropical fruit flavors & plenty of dried fruit sugar. How cool is that?

This Medium roasted coffee packs notes of Chocolate, Strawberry & Dried Cherry and has a little winey zing. It has light body for easy sipping, and medium acidity.

It’s like Summer in a cup. Our Stormy roast is a natural processed coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia, and it's bursting with flavor! This Light roasted coffee has bright notes of Tropical Fruit, Black Tea & Citrus with a lovely finish of Lavender. It is fabulous on pour over, but can also be brewed on Automatic, Fresh Press, Cold Brew, you name it!

By overwhelming request, we’ve created an Espresso roast that’s as robust as it is sweet. For all you home Baristas, this one is lovingly roasted to a deep dark Medium level, and shines with flavor notes of Dark Chocolate , Caramel & Dried Cherry, . These beans are from Nicaragua, and were Anaerobic processed with a Heavy Body & Medium Acidity. It’s bold, it’s punchy, it’s feisty - just like our Little Red Squirrel neighbors that yell at us daily.

This roast is a great for any hardcore espresso shot sipper, or for an at-home latte. (Pro tip: Steam some Oatly Barista Edition Oat Milk with some pure maple syrup for Becca’s favorite latte, so good). Don’t let the name fool you, it isn’t only for Espresso - It can also be brewed on pour over, French Press, Moka Pot, Automatic, Cowboy Coffee - You do you!

For our friends that want the beans without the buzz. This Decaf coffee from Ethiopia has beautiful flavor notes of berries, plum jam, apple and passionfruit - it definitely doesn’t taste like the usual Decaf! It’s great for a regular brew, pour over (Becca’s favorite) or for Espresso.
